Commercial Indoor Air Quality Testing in Las Vegas
Understand the Air Inside Your Business or Facility
Indoor air quality can affect comfort and the overall indoor environment in offices, small businesses, senior living communities and other occupied facilities.
Rather than starting with an equipment recommendation, I start with measurements.
I use professional monitoring equipment to evaluate indoor air conditions in real time and explain the findings in straightforward language.

What I Measure
Depending on the environment, my assessment can include:
● PM1, PM2.5 and PM10 particulate matter
● TVOCs
● Formaldehyde (HCHO)
● CO₂
● Temperature
● Relative humidity
These measurements provide a snapshot of conditions at the time of testing and can help identify areas that deserve further attention.
A Measurement-First Approach
My approach is simple:
Measure → Understand → Consider Options
I don't begin an assessment assuming that a business needs an air purifier.
I collect the readings, review what they show and explain the results. If the measurements indicate that air purification may be beneficial, I can discuss appropriate options.
If the data points toward ventilation, occupancy or another issue that air purification alone will not solve, I explain that as well.
Experience Behind the Measurements
My approach is backed by more than 40 years of experience with HVAC, mechanical systems, building operations and related technical fields.
That includes nearly 21 years in the U.S. Navy and more than 20 years working with large commercial HVAC, central plant and building systems at Harry Reid International Airport.
I bring that practical background to every assessment while keeping the process understandable for the customer.
For Businesses and Occupied Facilities
Commercial assessments may be appropriate for environments such as:
● Offices and small businesses
● Senior living communities
● Assisted living and memory care environments
● Professional offices
● Common areas
● Other occupied commercial spaces
Please note: I do not perform HVAC installation, repair, mold testing, remediation, industrial hygiene services or regulatory compliance testing.
Clear Results. Practical Next Steps.
After collecting the measurements, I explain what I observed and what the readings may mean for that particular environment.
My goal is not to sell equipment simply because I performed a test.
If the measurements support an air purification recommendation, I'll explain why and discuss appropriate options.
If they don't, I'll say that too.
Real Testing. Real Results. Better Air.
